PRODUCTION AREA
Grapes produced exclusively in the municipality of Diano d'Alba.

ORGANOLEPTIC NOTES
Intense ruby red color with violet reflections. Clear, persistent aroma with hints of violet and ripe blackberry. Intense, round, warm taste with great softness and an almond aftertaste.

VINIFICATION AND AGING
Fermentation in stainless steel for 7-8 days at a controlled temperature ranging from 24-29°C. Follows aging in stainless steel for 8 months and 4 months in the bottle.

ALCOHOL CONTENT - NET CONT.
13.5% vol. - 750ml

SERVING TEMPERATURE
18°C.

FOOD PAIRING
A wine suitable for white and red meats, excellent with pasta, especially filled pasta, and also pairs well with cheeses.

NOTES
The traditional fermentation method extracts incomparable flavors and aromas. Time preserves the natural qualities of the product without human intervention, completing the process to make it unique. Any residual sediment from the winemaking process that settles at the bottom of the bottles is a sign of a high-quality product.

PACKAGING
Bordeaux bottle (910g), packaging entirely handmade with sealing wax and hemp thread.

Contains sulfites.
